That is not a hack or anything of the sort.
It’s simply a load error that results in THAT happening.
My guess is that it’s a bug that CP just hasn’t fixed yet.
When someone says “wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww”, then just look at the Chat history that’s at the top of the playing screen and see what that penguin said.
